Yes, there are cases where more than 30 properties are delivered daily by one company. The price will be determined according to the working time and difficulty. Because our mother company is Japanese company. But if you want to use English software such as Auto CAD, PICS outsourcing service can use. And many of our staff are familiar with Auto CAD.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>

Basically, the first interview is conducted at PICS, and only the final interview is conducted by both you and the PICS employee. It's depends on country, and terms. We have many experiences for 3 months training in Japan.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>
Do I need to go to the Philippines when signing a contract?<\/p>\n<\/dt>\n\n\n\n
No. You can sign a contract through online. However, from a long-term perspective, we recommend that you come to the Philippines once to understand the characteristics of the Filipino staff and the surrounding environment.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>
How do we communicate with the local employees?<\/p>\n<\/dt>\n\n\n\n
We can use phone call, onine chat, video meeting, and Email. Usually we use ZOOM, Messenger, and Skype.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>
